MMA One Stop Shop = Shady Business Practices

I ordered a mouthguard and case from MMA One Stop Shop via Amazon.com on Sept. 1, 2011. However, after 5 days, seeing how my order had yet to be processed, I sent an email inquiring about what the cause of delay was and when I could expect my order to be processed and shipped. Having not heard back from them in a timely fashion and finding my needs for that product elsewhere, I sent another email 2 days later requesting to cancel my order due to the lengthy delay and lack of correspondence on their part. Having yet to hear anything from their end after 3 additional days, I sent another email expressing my displeasure and reiterating my request to have my order immediately cancelled. Lo and behold, within 30 minutes of sending that last email, I receive notification that my order has shipped and my credit card charged xx.xx dollars. You can imagine how upsetting this was to me. After completely ignoring and disregarding all my correspondence and keeping my order in limbo, they pull a highly dubious and unethical move by doing exactly what I asked them not to. Seeing how I live outside of the U.S., having to go through the hassle and cost of returning the items in question is simply more trouble than it's worth. I have to say, this has been one of my worst online ordering experiences in quite some time. I am incredibly frustrated and upset that an authorized amazon retailer would conduct business in such a blatantly shady manner. I highly recommend all buyers look for their MMA/TMA equipment needs elsewhere. This type of behavior and business practice is unprofessional and inexcusable.

I ordered $500.00 worth of stuff from MMA One Stop Shop and was missing three things from the order. I have been emailing them and they wouldnt reply. Thank God I paid by Paypal and have some recourse.

They replied to Paypal and rejected the claim, but did not give any further info, Paypal is on my side and will refund my money.

The worst thing is my kids have to sit on the sidelines watching all the other kids spar because they do not have full sets of gear now and I have to go else where and get new gear and wait another couple weeks.

Pathetic. Just own up to the fact they forgot to ship the items and send them, that would go alot further.

THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS!!!

Mma one stop shop sucks!!

worst store on ebay...they hate canadians, DONT SHOP HERE. bought item, used it once n it broake...sent multiple emails telling them that i only used it once and they never got back to me n blocked me from leaving bad comments on their ebay account!! so upset with them and highly recommend you dont buy any products from them, thir service is the worst i have experienced in over 6 years as a perfect ebay customer.I have made hundreds of transactions on ebay without a problem and everyones had great service when i ran into a problem. DONT SHOP AT MMA ONE STOP SHOP!!

Im dealing with them on an order they short shipped me on. I ordered 10 items and only received 7. I disputed via Paypal and they are telling Paypal im basically telling a lie and rejecting the claim. The paperwork they generated shows no boxing gloves and I didnt receive any boxing gloves.

I was short 1 head gear and two sets of boxing gloves....

Why dont they just own up to the fact they miss shipped me and send the remaining items I paid for?

these are for my boys who are 5 and 7 and have to sit out on the side and watch the other kids spar because of their screw up.

Now my kids have to suffer and wait for a resolution???

Unable to admit and fix their own mistake

The business seller, MMA One Stop Shop, sells MMA gear on marketplace sites such as Amazon and eBay. One of their items, a set of boxing workout DVDs, were listed as "Boxing Workout DVDs, 2", on Amazon. Underneath you could choose '1' or '2'. However, selecting either of these numbers does nothing except change a variable called 'size' on the page, which does nothing. No price change, no image change (the product images do not even match the product so you cannot compare). The product description then lists what each DVD contains. The problem lies here that the title specifies 2 DVDs (DVD in the plural sense, and the actual number identifying 2), and there is no where on the page that suggests otherwise. So I order the set, cause I want to save an additional $7 then buying each one separate, and instead I get one DVD case, which I opened thinking there would be 2 inside. Nope. After contacting them quite a few times, they are unable to comprehend how poor their product description is of this item. After even notifying them of this problem in the first email and asking for just half the refund and return of the disc (as I would of never bought just one from them because they are charging more for one disc compared to other vendors), they will not help in any way, even after ADMITTING their product description was posted incorrectly. They then changed the page, but fortunate for me I saved the web page in its original form, and am currently in a dispute with Amazon over it. Hopefully I win, but either way I want this story at least to be released out on the web in hopes it'll make someone aware of the type of ethics this business has.

MMA One-Stop is NOT customer oriented. I'll never shop with them again. I'll just leave it at that.

I ordered a buddy lee jump rope almost two weeks ago and i paid an extra 11 dollars for the shipping to get to me fast and it is still not here. i have sent them e-mails and they still have not replied.

I definately am going to want my shipping cost refunded why would i pay extra shipping if its like way way past the time it was supposed to be here. i got a message from amazon saying it was shipped over a week ago and still not here. I am really really bummed with amazon or one stop shop mma both actually.

i wish these people would stop waisting people time and money. this is bull.

They don't seem to care about customers much. My package has still not been shipped and it is 4 days after the Expected shipping date. Also, I sent them an email a few days ago, and still have yet to get a reply from them.

Since I cannot edit the post, the only addition I want to make is this:

In one of their following emails after changing the page, they stated that 'they hire someone for posting the products' and do not admit it is their fault. I'm sorry, but in order for someone to post a product for you, you still need to give them all the information and then you have to review it, which means you are still responsible. So after admitting it was wrong and then stating they didn't do it, this is one horrible company.
